Get to Know Me

Alison grew up wanting to be a real estate agent. Her family moved several times, and she loved spending the day at home with her parents. Alison even kept her own scrapbook, cutting favorite listings out of the newspaper and real estate books. After a career in management, she was able to follow her passion to help clients find their next home. Alison has been licensed since 2004 and has listed and sold many different kinds of properties varying in price all over Jefferson Co, Oldham Co and Bullitt Co.
 
Alison is married to Steve Phelps and has two children and two dogs. When not working, she enjoys playing tennis, gardening, cooking, and watching her children play sports.
