Meet Allison Sherwin

Allison brings more than 15 years of experience in national sales and brand building to her work in real estate. Across a career managing major retail accounts, she earned a reputation for sharp negotiation, meticulous preparation, and relationships built to last. She went on to found and grow her own consumer brand, Threads & Honey, an experience that taught her firsthand what it takes to guide something from first idea to finished result. That blend of corporate discipline and entrepreneurial grit is exactly what she brings to every client she represents.

A Kentucky native and graduate of Western Kentucky University, Allison has called Louisville home since 2020 and brings real enthusiasm for the area to her work. She believes the best moves start with listening, so she takes time to understand each client's goals before mapping out a plan. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a place full of memories, or making a strategic next move, her priority stays the same: to keep you informed, supported, and confident at every step.

Outside of real estate, Allison is a parishioner at Holy Trinity and serves on the MPA board at Sacred Heart Model School. She and her husband are raising two daughters, and their family includes a rescue Dachshund named Wally.
