Susan Rainey Maguire is a third-generation real estate agent and a 20 year veteran as a relocation specialist with an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. She coaches clients in the process of residential property sales and purchases throughout the Louisville Metro Area. Whether buying or selling, Susan's experience, integrity and ability to identify her client's priorities make her a trustworthy partner to achieve great results and build value.

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Susan grew up in the business helping Lucia Rainey - her grandmother and founder of Rainey Associates - and later her father, A. Scott Rainey. After a successful nine year career with Capital Holding, Susan joined Rainey, Allen and Shaw in 1995 where she is consistently a multi-million dollar producer.

Susan lives in Riverwood with her husband, Sean, and their two daughters, Meagan and Lily. Her hobbies include tennis, skiing, boating and ping-pong.
