Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Susan grew up in the business helping Lucia Rainey - her grandmother and founder of Rainey Associates - and later her father, A. Scott Rainey. After a successful nine year career with Capital Holding, Susan joined Rainey Allen and Shaw in 1995 where she is consistently a multi-million dollar producer.
